    IMPORTANT SHIPMENT INFO BREAKDOWN:

    • Fedex only delivers shipments Monday-Friday (for 2 day shipping and overnight orders)

    • We do not ship on Saturday and Sundays

    • We are unable to make changes to orders once submitted

    • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO / DPO addresses

    • Signature is required on orders by default

    • Please allow an additional 5-10 days for shipping for Black Friday & Cyber Monday sales

     

     

    GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

    Orders will ship within 1-3 business days, unless noted as "made to order" with your size on the product page.

    Please note: during Holidays or special promotions, shipment times can be delayed slightly, so let us know if you are on a tight deadline before purchasing.

    Custom requests will be quoted at the time of inquiry, but by standard, this can run from a few days for a simple request and up to 8 weeks for more complex requests.

    We cannot guarantee deadlines on shipment delays beyond our control (carrier delays, holiday/high volume promotion times and or acts of God)

    We strive to get orders out as soon as possible, therefore once an order is placed we cannot guarantee a cancelation or address change etc.

    We place a signature required for the safe arrival of your package. This helps reduce porch theft, lost packages or packages getting into the wrong hands. We strongly suggest to always have a signature at delivery and we cannot be held liable for those who special request a non signature delivery. However, if you do want your package to be left without a signature, just let us know in the notes section box at checkout. 

    Shipping tip: Keep in mind you can always have a package delivered to an address where you know someone you trust will be at the time of delivery, or even have it sent to your workplace. 

    International Shipping

    Shipments are sent from our Florida warehouse located in the USA.

    We ship world wide :)

    There will be shipping options at checkout and the time can range. We also offer options for express shipping for a fast delivery of anywhere from 1-4 days.

    -Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country for it's delivery.

    - We ship your order with taxes unpaid, so please take note if you will occur any charges as we are not responsible for them. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. This is standard for most online purchasing with any company. If you do not pay these taxes or your package is UNCLAIMED, you will NOT be given any refunds if the items are not paid for and collected. This is the buyers responsibility and unclaimed items due to non payment of VAT tax will not be refunded

    - For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

    For items that come back to us being either unclaimed at customs or the wrong address or information was given to us, a store credit will than be issued MINUS any costs that have occurred to us for the order (i.e. shipping and handling costs).

    Exchanges

    Since swimwear is HANDMADE in house and we accept customizations, ALL sales are final.

    However we do accept exchanges of size and or style on full priced items.

    Exchanges must be sent back within 7 business days of receipt. Items MUST be unworn/unwashed, have tags attached and liners in place (please try on swimwear over underwear)

    - If we receive a suit that has been worn or not in original condition, we will send the suit back to you without exchange or refund, and you will be banned from future purchases.

    Items not covered under our warranty of damages:

    - General wear and tear - Past 3 business days of your confirmed delivery date - Discoloration of fabrics and hardware due to continuous salted water and/or chlorine exposure.

     A store credit minus any shipping charges or discounts will be issued.

    Customer is responsible for any additional fees if the exchanged suit retails at a high price and for shipping the item back to them after exchange is completed. 

    We are human and sometimes mistakes happen, however it is not likely. Should you receive something that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will fix the issue with a replacement (given it is in stock) 

    Damages during shipment may require us to file a shipping claim via the carrier and there may be processing time for this. 

    We take photographs of all orders at the time of shipment to make sure our team is providing the BEST service possible. 

    Care

    - All of our suits are handmade with love! Many Bikini Crush Swimwear suits have been specialty made for MILD water use in chlorine and saltwater (*Unless otherwise Noted for our pool side styles) BUT MUST BE CARED FOR PROPERLY TO AVOID PREMATURE TARNISHING. 

     Due to certain ocean water and chlorine levels the use of prolonged exposure of these elements we cannot guarantee water use, please use at owner discretion. 

    TO PROLONG HARDWARE STYLES IMMEDIATELY AFTER CONTACT WITH SALT WATER OR CHOLINE:

    RINSE OFF WITH COLD CLEAN WATER. DO NOT LEAVE SALT WATER OR CHLORINE ON THE SWIMWEAR FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME, THIS WILL BREAK DOWN THE METAL/RHINESTONE PROTECTANT.

    Even with our protectant, over time, metals can start to change color, but the better you care for it, it will stay shiny and new longer. 

    Do not use tanning oil on areas with metal hardware. This will also break down the protectant on these areas. 

    TO WASH:

    - Please hand wash with cold water and mild soap (like Lingerie or swimwear detergent, even a colorless dawn dish soap works).

    DO NOT USE WOOLITE and lay flat to dry.

    Also please note some suits dyes may run at first, so keep this in mind when wearing, especially for new suits.

    Our hardware is UV coated and will not get hot in the sun.
